Any user whatsoever of this Site accepts and acknowledges this disclaimer right in order to access the Site. The CVEasy Site and its contents are offered and provide on an “as is” basis without any warranties what so ever.  The contents of this Site are governed by English Law and each party accepts the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

CVEasy provides this Site on the basis that its contents contain only General Information and as such CVEasy does not make warranty (either expressly of by implied term) of any kind what so ever in relation to the contents of the Site or in relation to its completeness, accuracy, suitability efficacy, performance or fitness for purpose. It is possible that the site contains inaccuracies and errors. CVEasy does not accept any liability arising from these and excludes absolutely any liabilities for any inaccuracies or errors.

CVEASY

The Directors of CVEasy and employees and representatives of CVEasy are not liable for any loss or damages (without limitation) arising either in contract tort, or arising by whatever means, related to the use of the Site, or inability to use the site or in relation to the contents of the Site or from any actions or omissions related to the Site or in the use of the Site. The limitation of liability includes (without limitation) direct, indirect compensation, consequential claims arising from third parties.

Any links to other sites on CVEasy’s Site are owned and maintained by third parties and as such CVEasy has no control over these sites. No responsibility or liability is accepted for material and information contained in these sites or any losses arising (what so ever) from the use of these sites. All liability is excluded to the fullest extent by law and it includes express and implied terms.

Subject strictly to the above, CVEasy’s liability (if any) is strictly limited (in contract and tort) to the amount of an Employers spend with CVEasy during the last year on the Agreement in question.

CVEasy is operating and acting as an independent agent and is not responsible for the content of Advertisements and job Advertisements or any material from third parties posted on the Site and any user must deal with the third part direct

The employer accepts that any information provided by third parties will not be disclosed to other parties and will not be used in any way whatsoever to infringe the rights of the third parties.

It is not permissible for an employer to contact an applicant for any other reason than employment or recruitment.

The Employer agrees to make any job title specific, ensure it adheres strictly to current specifications (Advertisements which discriminate directly or indirectly by sex, age, race, religion or disabilities or any current discriminative description are illegal) and will set out the skills required and set out the role required. The Employer is responsible for ensuring that all material strictly complies with current legislation at the time of publication.

INDEMNITY

The Employer shall accept liability and will be liable for, and shall hold harmless CVEasy, CVEasy Directors, CVEasy employees and agents of CVEasy against any and all liabilities (including without limitation, damages, losses, costs, claims, demands and any proceedings, consequential losses or loss of profit or loss of opportunities however arising by a third part against CVEasy. This condition is not operable and shall not apply if it comes about as a result of a negligent act of CVEasy.

ASSIGNMENT

CVEasy retains the right to assign all the Terms and Conditions and any Agreements to any successor of CVEasy however the successor arises or to any other group company or associated company.
